Our series SV110 is a
Medium response industrial two stage Servo Valve with flow ranges up
to 60 litres per minute at pressure drop P 70 Bar. drive currents
available to 200 ma and typical response -3dB @ 80 Hz phase lag
90° at app 60 Hz. 5 port and magnet null versions are
available.

& anaesthetic machines. The valves are proportional output
of pressure-vacuum/flow relative to the input current. Output
flows up to 200 LPM with supply pressure 25 PSIG.MAX. Pressure 1000
